Sessions take place face to face in the Bromley practice. The approach is relational and psychodynamic: understanding the patterns, past and present, that shape how you feel and relate.

Online therapy suits some people, but many find that a regular, in-person appointment close to home gives therapy a steadiness that is hard to replicate on a screen — a dedicated place and time, away from the interruptions of daily life. A central Bromley location means sessions can fit around work and family without a long commute into central London.

Bromley sits about 9.5 miles south-east of Charing Cross and is one of the best-connected parts of outer London. Direct Southeastern trains run from Bromley South to London Victoria in under 20 minutes, several times an hour. Direct Thameslink services reach Blackfriars and the City in around 30–35 minutes and continue through to Farringdon and St Pancras — so clients travelling from central and north London can reach the practice without changing trains.
Bromley is the largest London borough by area, with a lot of green space and a mix of town and suburb. The practice is an easy journey from Beckenham, Shortlands, Chislehurst, Hayes, West Wickham, Petts Wood and Orpington, as well as neighbouring Catford, Lewisham and Croydon.
Although it is minutes from the busy town centre, the practice is a quiet, private space. Church House Gardens and Queens Gardens are close by if you would like a few moments to yourself before or after a session.
